1) Hall is held once deposit and rental money has been received to

2) Cancellation: 30 days out will get full refund, under 30 days 100% of the rental funds will be kept - damage deposit will be refunded.
3) Damage Deposit will be sent via e-transfer back to you, dependent on the final inspection of hall and compliance of hall rental rules
4) *If alcohol is to be consumed, a Certificate of Insurance confirming Host Liquor Liability Insurance is in place for minimum of $2,000,000.00 for the event, adding Linn Valley Community Hall as the additional named Insurance.
*If alcohol is not to be consumed renter’s liability insurance is required.

CAMPING AND PARKING:
o Subject to ground conditions and is available with hall rental only, no hook-ups or services (no plugging into the hall)
o A map provided in the community hall illustrates the designated camping/parking areas. If campers are found parked outside of the designated camping/parking area, a $200 fine will be withheld from the renter’s damage deposit.
HALL RENTAL:
o Hall rental is for private functions only. Rental includes use of the hall and immediate grounds (baseball diamonds only if requested)
o Playground, tennis court, ball diamond and ice rink are for shared use by renters and community residents.
o Hall key may be picked up at noon on day of rental @ #10 Linn Valley Hall (the Hall). (Please contact your hall manager to confirm time. A 10 minute window of waiting time will be accepted for key pick-up. If you are longer than this and no call is received unfortunately your $500.00 damage deposit will be held and your hall rental cancelled.)
o Final inspection of hall will be done on your final day of rental at 2:00 p.m. All vehicles/trailers must be gone by this time and the grounds cleaned up. A $25.00/hour charge will be applied starting @ 2:00 p.m. for further clean-up time. If you are not finished + $50.00 of your damage deposit will automatically be withheld. * NO EXCEPTIONS *
Linn Valley Community Association agrees to provide facilities subject to the following conditions:
o The renter assumes responsibility for the conduct of its members and/or patrons o NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 11:00 PM. Any complaints from the community will result in an automatic $50.00 minimum charge; any subsequent complaints will result in your full damage deposit being retained.
o The renter is responsible for damage to the building inside and/or outside, and/or contents cause by the renters and/or patrons
o The loss of personal effects and injury to its members or third parties are not the responsibility of the Linn Valley Community Association
o The Linn Valley Community Association has the right to cancel or refuse ANY group which they deem detrimental to the facilities and/or the community
o The renter assumes responsibility for obtaining a liquor license if required
o Pets must be on a leash and under control at all times. Control barking and pick up after all pets o The renter is responsible for clean-up of the building and grounds that were used, including any signage posted for your rental. A $50.00 charge will apply if signage is not removed. *See Renter Requirements*
o Recreational vehicles are not to be plugged into the building and parking is only where specified o Fires are allowed in the designated fire pit only and must be completely extinguished when not in use. Renters must bring their own firewood, and retain any unused wood at the end of their rental o As per Red Deer County bylaws, NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED
o Renters are responsible for bringing their own drinking water, dishes, BBQ, and firewood if required
RENTER REQUIREMENTS
Renters agree to ensure the following are complete at the end of their rental:
o Bag ALL garbage inside and outside in garbage bags and place in cans in outside bins for pickup, including cigarette butts/wrappers/pop tabs/bottle caps etc. (5 bags maximum)
o Lock all doors and windows at the end of your rental
o Extinguish fires in fire pit and retain your unused firewood; remove any garbage from firepit o Remove all tape used for hanging decorations inside and outside
o Wash all tables with cleaner. Wash and stack chairs and set against wall
o Remove all food and beverages from appliances and counters
o Clean (with soap) kitchen sink, all counters, any utensils used and any appliances used
o Sweep and mop with cleaner all floors, including outside back porch area if used. Please empty mop bucket outside
o Clean bathrooms, sinks and toilets with cleaner and empty any garbages
o Turn all hall indoor and outdoor lights off
o Remove all signage posted for your rental
**Cleaning supplies are provided and located under hall kitchen sink**
Linn Valley hall rental includes kitchen facilities with the following:
Stove, fridge, microwave, & 30 cup coffee urn
NO dishes, table covers, utensils, coffee, etc.

R V There Yet Campground hosts a campground with hook-ups for recreational vehicles, also north on RR# 275
Once this rental agreement application has been completed and reviewed by the Linn Valley Community Association Committee, we will contact you to proceed with securing your dates with a damage deposit.
