Glen Mar Website Publicity Request Form: Events
Use this form to request that your Glen Mar or GlenMar-related upcoming event be considered for posting on Glen Mar’s NEW website.

EMAIL ADDRESS: Your email address will be collected so that Google Forms can send you a copy of your request, and so that we know how to reach you. Use your ministry's email address if you prefer (ex. shp@glenmarumc.org).

NOTE ON TIMING: Please submit your requests at least 1 week in advance for smaller upcoming events, non-event announcements or stories, changes/deletions, after-events, collections/donations, and volunteer opportunities. For medium events, please submit by noon on Wednesday to publicize it on the Sunday 11 days later. For large events, more notice is needed. We will follow up with you within 2-3 business days (not weekend days) to confirm receipt of your response. Please do not widely distribute preliminary publicity materials until we have final content posted on the website.

COPY OF YOUR REQUEST: You will receive a copy of your request by email from Google Forms. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

It should include the following (if applicable): event date(s), starting time, ending time, location, indoors or outdoors, inclement weather policy, email address for the public to ask questions, what will happen at the event, who may attend (public or Glen-Mar only), age limits for attendees, cost to attend, details and cost of refreshments, whether or not childcare will be provided and who to contact to make arrangements, who benefits from this event, and information about any external organization involved including organization name and website or Facebook link, and anything else we should share.
