2023 Steppin' Out in Pink Vendor Market

About the event: Steppin' Out in Pink raises money for breast cancer research and patient support programs. Walkers come from all over to support the cause. We typically see between 4,000-6,000 attendees. Please join us for a great morning at the park - we want to share your passion and goods with our walkers!

Market is open from 7 - 11:30 am and is open to the public!

Vendor fee is $100*. Included in fee is a 10x10 space at our vendor market at Riverside Park and promotion prior to event on social media and Steppin’ Out in Pink website. Each vendor required to bring their own table and tent (10 x 10 ft) + weights or stakes to secure tent to the ground (market will be on a grassy area).  Please bring your own chairs if you wish to sit throughout the morning! 
*If you were a vendor at Steppin' Out in Pink 2022 and requested to have your vendor fee rolled over to 2023 due to the event cancellation, you will not be required to pay 2023 vendor fee.

Upon acceptance to the Steppin' Out in Pink Vendor market, please send check to: Steppin' Out in Pink, 1900 South Ave, FDN-001, La Crosse, WI, 54601. Payment can also be made via credit card over the phone - please contact Sarah Worman at 608-775-6604 to pay with credit card. Payment must be received by August 9th to be included in vendor market.

Per the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, Steppin' Out in Pink is required to submit a list of all participating vendors within ten (10) days of the event. 

Vendors must provide their WI Seller's Permit Number (15 digit number beginning with 456), along with last four digits of SSN or EIN. This information will not be shared with anyone other than the WI Dept. of Revenue via the submission of the S-240 form. You may provide information below or by providing it directly to event organizers no later than August 31.

Please note that non-profit organizations and display-only vendors are exempt from these requirements. For more information on these requirements, please visit the Department of Revnue Temprorary Event Handbook.
Once accepted into the Steppin' Out in Pink Vendor Market, I agree to the following terms and conditions: *
  • I understand that the vendor fee is due by Wednesday, August 9th and failure to pay my fee will result in forfeiture of my spot. 
  • I understand that participant health and safety is of the upmost importance. If I suspect that I have COVID-19, I will contact event organizers to work through next steps.
  • I understand that Steppin' Out in Pink is an outdoor event and does not have a rain date. In the event of a severe weather cancellation, vendors are able to choose between offering their vendor fee as a donation to Steppin' Out in Pink or rolling over their fee to next year's market. 
  • I understand that Steppin' Out in Pink is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products.
  • I understand that I am required by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue to provide my WI Sellers Permit Number and last four digits of SSN/EIN for event reporting purposes by August 30th.
