Every owner is required to read this Grooming Contract prior to any grooming services being performed.

Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following conditions:

1. The animal is fit and healthy. Any grooming which takes place on an elderly animal or animal with health problem will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose underlying skin or health problems for which we cannot be held liable for.
2. In the event of any injury or health concern, we are authorized to contact a veterinarian and authorize the vet to treat the pet as necessary. It's agreed that all the expenses for veterinary will be covered by owner upon signing this contract.
3. De-matting/thinning out of matted fur may cause patchiness and fur loss. Consent to remove the matted fur is on this understanding.
4. Stains on fur cannot be washed off completely. If the stains are widespread, there is a limit to the amount of stained fur which can be removed.
5. Shaving of pets will dramatically change the pet's appearance and the fur will be very short and close to the skin. This may expose pre-existing skin complaints. Your written permission will be required to shave off a matted coat.
6. Owner must collect pets by closing for the day, uncollected pets will be charged current boarding rates. If your pet is not collected on the due date and we are unable to contact you via the information you have given us, after 7 days, we will consider the animal(s) abandoned and will re-home the animal.
7. Please inform us if your pet bites, has bitten or is aggressive to people, other pets or specific grooming procedures. We reserve the right to refuse a pet that presents a risk of injury to itself or our staffs. If the pet should bite, the owner agrees tp be responsible for all the related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage.
8. This contract is binding for the current groom date and any future groom dates.
