Your answers will help us to understand the current "temperature" of our church family in regards to church participation in worship, small groups, Sunday school, and children's/student ministry. Please provide answers based on your CURRENT feelings/thoughts and the CURRENT recommendations from the Arkansas Dept. of Health and government of Arkansas.

I attended in-person services initially, but have gone back to watching online.
