There are multiple areas where help is typically needed for band camps:
1) Prep beverages (and snacks for full days camps) for rehearsals
2) Some set up is also required of tables/tent, etc.

Throughout the camp day, volunteers assist in having beverages ready
for breaks and/or refill as needed; there may be other needs that arise
based on director need or the day's activities (i.e. filling water
balloons for "fun day," etc.)
Time commitment can vary based on
volunteer availability; we have volunteers who are able to stay for the
duration (half or full days), while some may come and go and are only
able to help during certain times (i.e. prep and setup). We are open to
having you join us regardless of how long you are able to stay and you
do not need to commit to all days. **Note that camps may run during
both working weekday hours, while some may include evening hours.**
