Southland Farms Vegetable Order Form for Thursday October 21st 2021 - CANCELLED

Please complete this form to order vegetables from Southland Farms for pick up this Thursday at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

When you complete this form, make sure you click on "SUBMIT" at the very bottom of the form. Once submitted, you should automatically receive an email with a copy of the order you entered. It will send the email to the address you entered into the form, so please make sure you enter the email address correctly. If you try entering the order again, please note this in the comment section.

This Thursday's VEGGIE BOX ($ 50 / box) WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING :

Green cabbage
Hakurei turnips or purple tops
Broccoli crowns
bibb lettuce
Curly green leaf lettuce
Apples - assorted
Big beef tomatoes
Collard greens
Sweet potatoes
Cauliflower ( colored / white )
red romaine lettuce
mixed radish
spaghetti squash

ALSO AVAILABLE
Butternut Squash ($3 each)
Spaghetti Squash ($3 each)
Delicata squash ($2 each)

*Remember that we may change or add a veggie due to unforeseen weather conditions

**Also, if you want to recycle your Southland Farm Veggie boxes, please return them when you pick up your next order. We appreciate it!!

PLEASE NOTE PICKUP TIMES AND TRAFFIC FLOW

Place: Westminster Presbyterian Church, 3900 West End Ave.

When: Thursday 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Payment: Venmo or cash the day of pick-up. Pre-paid orders will get priority. If you have ordered and are paying CASH, please either pick up your order at least 30 minutes prior to closing or specifically notify us at: chrisirons@southlandfarmstn.com

When paying by Venmo, please reference your pick up date. Also please note that a Venmo payment is NOT an order... ORDERS NEED TO BE PLACED BY COMPLETING THIS FORM ONLY

Pick up : You can drive by to pick up without getting out of the car for safe social distancing and for better traffic flow. See the map below. Please stay in your car and drive up to trailer, tell us the name on the order, and we will put the box(es) in your car. If paying by cash, exact change would be appreciated.
