Chill-House School Days Event Request Form
Chill-House will bring the Cool to your School! We are accepting requests for event days from May 8th until the end of the school year! Due to capacity, we will only be able to schedule one event per day. Request your school's spot before they are gone!

We are offering two programs:

Student Funded Give Back: For each purchase of a Small, we will donate $2.00 Back to the school, and for each purchase of a Mini, we will donate $1.00 back.

School Funded: For events that are school funded, the pricing is set up as a discount from an in store purchase. Saving the school $$ with the bulk purchase.

Delivery and Distribution at the school will be free for all orders over $400.00
