Your Class as of Fall 2022? The grade you will be in this fall? *
Your T-shirt Size *
Class Representative ONLY. You will automatically be placed on the representative roll and will receive emails and promotions that are directed to the whole council. I wish to be a rep only. *
I wish to run for an office. If you check yes, you will be sent an email for an interview to discuss what you wish to run for and want to do with Student Council as an elected leader. *
Will you be willing to accept the leadership role you desire by being active? Active means you talk to the other student leaders, attend meetings and all events when it is humanly possible, take on roles and help run activities when asked, and be a leader to the best of YOUR ability. (We realize everyone is busy, but we expect you to find ways to fit Student Council into your life). *
In 25 words or less tell why you should be elected to Student Council? *
Give the names of at least two teachers or administrators who would support you in your leadership role in Student Council. Choose those that you feel would be most willing to assist you if you are called upon to lead, speak, or represent your class. This would be a trusted go-to person when needed. *
I understand that if selected by my peers that I will be the voice of Student Council, and will help express concerns and solutions to issues to the proper leaders at East High. *
Finally, I know that as a member of the Student Council that I must: 1) Keep my grades up to at least a 2.8; 2) Conduct myself as an ambassador for the school and my class, showing self respect, following school rules, acting responsibly on social media, and being a good person; 3) Always do my best. *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
