WISEdata Training for New Choice Schools
On July 22, July 29, and August 5 the Department of Public Instruction will hold WISEdata training for NEW Choice schools. The training will be led by members of the DPI Customer Services team.

Who Should Attend:
DPI recommends a team approach to student reporting. Choice Administrators and SIS Administrators, if different, administrative assistants, or any other school staff who will support with student reporting should be in attendance.

Preparation for Attending the Training:
Schools need to complete their state reporting vendor training prior to the DPI training.
Schools should bring a laptop and be sure they can connect with their student information system (SIS) remotely.
Schools should bring or be able to access their vendor-provided state reporting documents.
Attendees need to obtain a WAMS ID prior to the training session: https://on.wisconsin.gov/WAMS/home

We are aware of a Choice ‘system’ model that was grandfathered in that uses the following setup:  • More than one LEA (Private Choice School) per SIS license (e.g. two Choice private schools are sharing the same SIS license). This is sometimes referred to as a ‘Shared SIS Instance’” *
