Speed is a key-performance indicator for nearly all sports, The old-school view of speed is that you either have it or you don't, and there's not much you can do to change it. The truth is, speed can be developed and improved over time because sprinting is a skill, just like shooting a basketball or throwing a football. By focusing and working on the right aspects of sprinting you can get better at it, and you can get faster!

The Titan Speed School will focus on three aspects of sprinting to improve your sprinting ability, and to help you get faster!
** Proper Sprint Technique and Running Efficiency
** Rhythm and Coordination
** Range of Motion and Flexibility

Sessions Offered on 8 Wednesday nights in June and July:
** June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
** July 7, 14, 21
**. All sessions will be at the Papillion-LaVista South High School Stadium, 10799 Highway 370, Papillion, NE
**.Speed School will take place rain or shine.

Titan Speed School Staff:
** Titan Speed School will be planned and programmed by Papillion-LaVista South High School head track coaches, Jerrid Johansen and Sean McLaughlin.
** Other members of the South Titan Track & Field coaching staff will be assisting with the sessions.

Game Plan:
** Titan Speed School registration fee: $75.00 for all 8 sessions
** Participants are encouraged to pre-register at least 7 days before the first session on June 2nd
** Walk-ins are welcome.
** Please be at the stadium and ready 10 minutes prior to the start of each session.
** Please leave valuables at home
** All participants should wear a good pair of running shoes, and proper athletic attire (T-shirt & shorts).
** Please bring your own water bottle and mask!
** Each Speed School participant will receive a free T-shirt
