For the meditation there are some restrictions to join in the case of:
Heart ailment
High blood pressure (hypertension)
Glaucoma
Severe kidney ailment
Pregnancy

For dancing there is no restriction , you can do it on your own pace and enjoy. Do keep a bottle of water to hydrate yourself. Anyone from 18yrs onwards can join. If you still have any questions with regards to dance, you can contact Vyju - bollywooddance2010@gmail.com
