I will collect the science material pack at LINK Centre.

I understand most materials are provided in the material pack, except those I can normally find at home (e.g. scissors, glue).

I understand all materials are solely for experiment purposes and should not be eaten/ used for other purposes. LINK Centre will not be responsible for any consequences after any incorrect usage.

I understand teaching videos will be posted onto LINK Centre's Facebook page on 20, 22, 27, 29 October 2020 (Tue & Thu) at 5pm, total 4 sessions.

I understand there will be 4 videos in total. I will watch all videos and learn from the teacher.

I understand there will be a mini quiz after watching each video, and I will complete it.

I will follow the teacher's guidelines from videos, and conduct the session under my parent/guardian's supervision.

I will take photos/ videos of my work and send to LINK Centre at 6230 8530 (WhatsApp) within a week after each video is posted.

I acknowledge and will commit to the above terms.

I acknowledge LINK Centre reserves all rights for final decisions.
