Use this form to sign up for summer reading with the Eaton Public Library!

Then, pick up your reading log and sign-up prizes from the library or print one from our website.

To participate, track your reading for each week and check in with the library starting June 1st.  Earn a prize (kids and teens) or a drawing entry (teens and adults) each week simply for checking in.  Teens and adults can also earn a bonus prize if they meet a personal reading goal for the summer!

(There is an alternate tracker and prize set for very young children.)
