Please complete this form if you are interested in participating in our boys and girls cross country clinic from May 3 - May 27. Even though our in-person students will be in the building every day, students will only practice on the days of the Group they are in based on last name -  either Monday and Tuesday (Group A), or Wednesday and Thursday (Group B).  Remote-only students will also come based on their last name. A-Lamb will come on Monday and Tuesday (Group A), and last names Lamc-Z will come on Wednesday and Thursday (Group B).

You MUST have your completed health packet (this includes proof that you have had a sports physical after May 1, 2020) turned into the office (or emailed to brandonhoch212@smsd.org or jeanettebrethour@smsd.org) by Friday, April 23 in order to participate!
