This survey is to gain interest regarding school meals for Page County Public Schools (VA) students during the 2020-2021 school year.

Breakfast and Lunch meals will only be served to children enrolled in Page County Public Schools.  

All students enrolled in Elementary School will receive free breakfast and lunch meals during the 2020-2021 school year.  

Middle School students and High School students will receive meals based on eligibility for Free, Reduced, Paid meal status as determined by a Household Application for Free and Reduced Price meals.  You may apply online at https://www.lunchapplication.com/ or you may request a paper copy by calling the Nutritional Services office at (540) 743-6533.
