Here are the items and services we need to complete the project:

Electrical (for AC and a small projection TV)
HVAC (a roof unit designed for a trailer)
Insulation (either spray or closed cell)
Carpentry (cabinets: wall mounted and storage box with wheels; tongue and groove ceiling; custom table with built-in bench)
Painting
Upholstery (bench and assorted cushions)
A/V (projection TV and screen)
Retractable Awning
Flooring (220 sq ft LVP)
