In order to reserve your child's spot in the Emerald Sound and Guard for the 2021-2022 school year, you must complete the following forms by June 7, 2021.

The following forms must be completed and signed. The quickest and most accurate way to fill out this form is continue through these pages and fill them out and submit them electronically. If you are unable to complete the forms online, please reach out to Jessica Cottet, BPA President to make arrangements for submitting the forms. (rhsbpapresident@gmail.com)

The forms that must be filled out are the following:
- ES&G Standards Confirmation Page
- Emergency Information & Authorization Form
- RHSBPA Commitment & Financial Contract
- RHSBPA Volunteer Commitment Form

The first $100 fee is due June 11, 2021.  Please be aware that unlike previous years, we will be formulating the roster based on the receipt of the information packet only. If you do not fill out the packet and submit it in time, then you will not be able to be added to the roster.

Fees can be paid in the following ways:
- Go to riverbendband.com and click on Parents and then Store and select the appropriate item from the store.
- Mail a check and payment coupon to:

-You can drop off a check and payment coupon in the white mailbox in the band room.
-If you mail in a check or drop one off at the band room box, please be sure to include your child's name in the memo field of the check or include one of the payment coupons.
