EARLY REGISTRATION: Deadline January 31.2025
$175 (Professional rate) & $150 (Student rate)

LATE REGISTRATION: FEE INCREASE TO  $200 (Professional rate) & $175 (Student rate)

Posters must be submitted by February 20, 2025 to be considered for student competition. Student must be present at the meeting to receive the award. 

The SAES meeting will be held February 27 & 28, 2025 at the Mission Event Center located  at 2425 Ruby Red Boulevard in Mission, Texas.  

Registration and Payment Process Instructions:

We want to let you know that after entering a submitted form  and making the registration payment the form can still be edited if needed. Simply re-enter the form with your Google email and log into your form or  click ‘Edit Form’ to update any information.
