NYS TESOL 2022 Annual Conference CTLE Certificate Application
For you to receive 6  hours (per day) of CTLE credits, we need to ask you to fill out this form as proof of attendance to workshops and engagement in learning related to the 52nd conference. Your application must match your registration. Thank you!
