Payment Agreement
I, the undersigned, agree to pay in full by the first day of classes to Center for Transformative Action for services rendered as detailed above.
Students will not be able to continue attending classes if payment is not received the first day of class. Checks should be made payable to "Center for Transformative Action" and mailed to CUSLAR, 316 Anabel Taylor Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853. (If you prefer to drop it off, you can bring it to 120 Anabel Taylor Hall and leave it in CUSLAR’s Mailbox.)
Exemptions applicable only to those students who requested and were approved for a payment plan or work-trade in advance. I the undersigned also understand that this payment is for the entire class, and no class-by-class price can be negotiated.
Liability:
I, the undersigned, understand that CUSLAR, the Center for Transformative Action, Cornell University and Tompkins County are not liable or responsible for injuries sustained during Spanish for Families classes or related activities.
Refund Policy:
I, the undersigned, understand that if for any reason I choose to discontinue the CUSLAR "Hola, Amigos!" class, I will be reimbursed 50% of the class tuition if I stop attending classes and notify CUSLAR prior to the drop deadline, 1 week after classes start. After the drop deadline, payment will be non-refundable. Class tuition can only be reimbursed 100% if CUSLAR is notified *before* classes begin, minus a $20 administrative fee. CUSLAR is a non-profit organization, and all income from language classes go toward continuing CUSLAR’s educational work with the broader Ithaca community and beyond. If any class is discontinued because the minimum number of students has not been reached, all students will be refunded 100% of classes canceled.
