Understanding and Stipulations: It is understood that parking on school property is a privilege, not a right. Denial of said privileges is the sole discretion of the Building Principal, based upon safe and responsible school related driving. This is not limited to "on ground" driving practices. School "related" driving may be considered in revoking driving privileges. School related driving includes driving to and from school and driving to and from related activities. 

Speeding/reckless driving on city streets after school when elementary students are walking home, improper parking, other actions considered to be potential safety concerns, could result in the loss of parking privileges. Obviously, unsafe driving on the school lot or leaving school grounds will result in loss of privileges.
