Holy Family RCS 2019-2020 HSA Event Committee and Volunteer Sign Up Form
Holy Family HSA has heard you! Based on feedback from the survey we conducted in June, you told us that you would prefer a different method to volunteer for our various committees and events. So we are trying something different this year with this Google form.

It is important that you take the time to fill out this online form completely (multiple children can be entered on one form).  This form includes your contact info and volunteer opportunities for the upcoming school year. HOMEROOM PARENT requests will be made using a separate online form, so please complete that form if you are interested once provided later in September. Please email us with any questions, hsa@holyfamilyaston.org.

Holy Family RCS Home & School Association is grateful for the volunteers who plan & prepare the many programs and events each school year to help provide the best school experience possible for our children.  The HSA relies on volunteers to run our events smoothly, so if you can help just a little, it will make a BIG difference!  Many of our volunteers find that they receive something in return for their time and talents:
• Spending quality time with your child and friends
• Investing your time in bettering our school community
• Making a difference in your child’s life by sharing your knowledge, experience and skills
• Developing leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Having FUN and making new friends!

At Holy Family, we have a Committee for almost every program/event we do. The committee works as a team to plan and execute their event with the help of additional volunteers. One individual will be designated as the committee lead/chair. The committee lead will be responsible for coordinating meetings as needed, ensuring the event runs smoothly, staying on budget and communicating directly with the HSA Board. Each committee will also have volunteers to assist with activities the day of the event as needed. To sign up as an volunteer, be sure to select "General Help" at the end of the survey.
