2022-23 LECC Breakfast Bag to Go Sign Up Form
Hello!

At LECC, Tiger Cubs can go home each day with a Breakfast Bag to Go to enjoy the next morning before coming to school.  This program will start the week of September 5, 2022 and is available to any Preschool or Kindergarten Tiger Cub once signed up by parent/guardian.


How it works?
  • A parent/guardian completes this form to sign up a student for the Breakfast Bag to Go Program at LECC.  
  • Once you sign up, please allow our team at least 2 school days to get things set up for your Tiger Cub.
  • The Tiger Cub will come home each school day with a Breakfast Bag to enjoy the next morning before coming to school.
What is the cost*?
  • $2.00 per each Breakfast Bag to Go.
  • Charges for each bag will be added to your Tiger Cub's PaySchools Central meal account.
How often will my Tiger Cub receive a Breakfast Bag to Go?
  • Breakfast Bags to Go will come home every typical school day in your Tiger Cub's backpack.
  • If your Tiger Cub is not in attendance at school, a bag will not get created and the account will not get charged.
  • If you would like to cancel, please contact Kris Tracy, Food Service Director, directly to stop Breakfast Bags to Go.   Her phone number is 513-774-6201 and her email is tracykr@lovelandschools.org.
