1. This form serves to process quota for school-based applications. Schools may choose to participate on-site or online. In both cases, please register through this form. We will provide the application result within 7 working days via email. Quota will be arranged on a first-come, first served basis.
2. All on-site attending students can receive one Certificate of Participation. On receiving confirmation of application, please submit your list of students within the designated period specified in the email.
