CTIN SPRING 2023 D-Clearance Request Form


***Please fill out the following form to request D-Clearance for CTIN classes only ***
If you would like to request D-Clearance for a non-CTIN classes, in the SCA or across the campus, please visit those departments for their processes. 

Refer to the following link for a list of CTIN courses being offered this Fall: https://classes.usc.edu/term-20231/classes/ctin/

Registration begins on 10/24 for Graduate Students and Seniors, but each student will have their own appointment time, which they must find in their WEB REGISTRATION. 

*** Only one D-Clearance request per form please***
If you would like to request clearance for more than one class, there will be an option to submit a new response after each submission.

Please note that a D-Clearance Request IS NOT D-Clearance. You will receive a separate email confirming clearance once it has been granted. 


IMGD and CS GAMES MAJORS will start receiving their d-clearances starting 10/19. 
USC GAMES MINORS will start receiving their d-clearances starting 10/26.
ALL OTHER STUDENTS will start receiving their d-clearances starting 11/2.
