Wayfinders Mentor-in-Training Application
This application is for Wayfinders alums who would like to apply to serve as "Mentors-in-Training" (MIT) on Wayfinders 2024 at the University of Dayton.

MITs model good participation for Wayfinders participants as elder companions in reading, serving, journaling, and discussing. They are comfortable talking with new people as well as sensitive to the space that participants need to have their own journey. They understand boundaries and how to be on campus. They assist Mentors in the practical administration of Wayfinders and are prompt with communication.

MITs need to be fully available from June 20–24th, 2024. That is, the duration of Wayfinders 2024 and one full day before for preparation. All housing, food, and materials costs are covered. Space is limited.

If you would like to be an MIT, please complete the application below. We will be in touch by May 15th regarding the decision about your application. If you have any questions, contact Dr. Gabrielli at gudorfcit@udayton.edu.
