2022-2023 Terry High School Student Dismissal Form
This form is for parents to complete for students to check out of school before the normal dismissal time.  Students must sign out in the front office before leaving campus.  While in the office, parents will be contacted to confirm the dismissal.  ANY STUDENT PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION BY SUBMITTING ONE OF THESE FORMS WILL BE WRITTEN A REFERRAL (HCSD HANDBOOK P.44 CLASS III BEHAVIOR #9).
