On March 12th it will have been just about a year since we were last in our Meeting House on a Sunday morning. We still can't gather there and have fun together, but our stuffed animals can! Fill out this form if a stuffed member of your household would like to join our resident stuffies for an overnight.
Furry friends can be dropped off just inside the Clarke street building (27 Clarke Street) that's the white house right next to the Meeting House, off the oval driveway. There will be baskets with blankets inside so the animals will be warm and comfy while they wait for the big slumber party!
The front door of Clarke Street will be open on Mon 3/8,Tues 3/9, Wed 3/10 and Thurs 3/11 from 3PM-7PM for a (human) contactless drop off. If these hours don't work, please contact Margo (
margo@uusociety.org) to make arrangements to drop off at another time. We can be quite flexible.
There are name tags to fill out at the drop off location. However, if you want to do so ahead of time, just label your animal with their name and YOUR name. Tell us one or two things about them (what they like, any allergies, etc.), their pronouns (optional)!. Also tell us what you would like to do at the Meeting House if we could be there together and maybe the stuffie pack will get to do that during their night of fun.
We’ll give them a camera to document the fun and faith development time they have together on their adventure. Pick-up will be Wed, 3/17 and Thurs 3/18 from 3 to 7PM in the main entrance at Clarke Street , where you dropped off your stuffie.
Make sure to choose a stuffie who won’t get homesick, and who you can be without for a week!
