SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an innovative, creative and strategic thinker to join our team! Our Full Time Marketing Assistant is perfect for a social media and marketing maven looking to grow their skills within a small fashion-based company. This role will assist in the management of our content calendar including Instagram, TikTok, extensive email program, mobile app, private Facebook group and Pinterest schedule. Conceptualizing creative concepts is key! Our Marketing Assistant will have the opportunity to assist on weekly on-site and off-site editorials. To apply: please email, jenna@untamedpetals.com.

Responsibilities:

●  Job is located in San Luis Obispo, CA

●  Full Time (40 hours per week)

●  Love for fashion and content creation is a MUST!

●  Working knowledge and experience in handling social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook,

Tiktok and Pinterest is required

●  Support Marketing Manager in planning and creating Instagram posts, stories, reels and TikToks

●  Monitor and respond to Instagram comments, direct messages and tagged photos

●  Support Marketing Manager in growing and engaging our private Facebook group; Untamed Petals VIP

●  Photoshop/Canva/Planoly and Shopify experience preferred

●  Assist in executing email marketing campaigns such as creating compelling copy and graphics

●  Pinterest management - create and schedule Pins via Tailwind; report analytics

●  Assist in developing and executing styled shoots; work directly with Marketing Manager, Photographer and Model

Qualifications:

●  At least 1 year of experience managing key platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and/or Pinterest is required

●  Experience in the bridal industry is a PLUS!

●  Must be an organized self-starter and have the ability to work independently

●  Passionate and eager to learn and grow within the company
