The High School Voter Project and Penn Leads the Vote are partnering to host a bus to the polls and voting activation on Friday October 23rd.

We'll be providing FREE busses to Penn students and the West Philly community to ride to Overbrook Elementary and cast their early votes.

Busses will pick up at 40th and Walnut at 1pm and 58th and Walnut at 1:30pm.

At Overbrook Elementary there will be music, free food, and people on hand to answer any and all voting questions.

We need volunteers to do two things.
(1) Help us advertise the event by tabling on locust walk and flyering a few neighborhoods in West Philly.
(2) Help us manage COVID safety by staffing the busses and event on Friday, helping with set up and take down.

We are taking COVID safety very seriously, but these events will be in person with social distancing. The busses will be half capacity with PPE required and windows down, and for the event we will also mark off 6 feet apart and require PPE. Please only sign up for something you feel comfortable doing.

NOTE: We are hosting a round 2 Bus2Vote event on October 26th. Details are the same, but the hours will be 4-6:30pm and bus pick up times will be 3pm at 40th & Walnut, and 3:30pm at 58th & Walnut. If you can volunteer for this event please select volunteer for Bus2Vote Round 2 during the weekend!
