The South Asian American Leadership Conference (SAALC) was created to educate and empower students to network and develop relationships. It also strives to foster unity, strengthen the community, provide opportunities for leadership development, and offer safe spaces to talk about the issues and challenges South Asian American students face. This year, our goal is have workshops led by student leaders along with keynote speakers to have an engaging conference.

The 4th annual SAALC will be hosted on Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 1 PM - 5 PM CST at the Siebel Center for Design.

Our two keynote speakers:

Dr. Pankaj Desai, Assistant Director for International Student Career Development at The Career Center at UIUC

Aravinda Garimella, Assistant Professor of Business Administration and RC Evans Data Analytics Scholar
