The School District of Clayton has developed a comprehensive plan which includes the distribution of technology devices to students during the upcoming school closure. Students in grades K-2 will be provided with an iPad, students in grades 3-8 will be provided with a Chromebook, and students in grades 9-12 will continue to use their District-provided Chromebooks. These devices require access to wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) to operate.

The purpose of this form is to collect information regarding potential challenges that families may face as a result of the transition to online learning at home.
