Your rental day/time has been added to our calendar.
We now require a $40 non-refundable deposit to hold the date(s). If your deposit it not paid 10 days prior to your rental it will be removed from our calendar. The deposit will be deducted from total amount due for the rental (instead of being returned to you after the rental). You can pay this deposit by either (1) (click here to pay deposit online with debit/credit) or (2) mail check to: Tyson Activity Center, 378 E CR 300 South, Versailles, IN 47042 or (3) drop off at TAC, Monday-Friday 2-6pm. This must be paid 2 weeks in advance of rental. Exceptions will be made if there is less time between confirmation date and rental date.
Rental Agreement- Only scuff resistant shoes are allowed on the gym floor. No work boots, high heals, or any other shoe that would damage the wood floor.
- TAC is a smoke/vape free facility. Smoking within 8ft. of the entrance is prohibited by Indiana State Law.
- No riding toys, including motorized (battery powered or other) are permitted on the gym floor.
- Please keep Helium balloons on the stage.
- Do not drag tables, chairs or other heavy objects; take care not to scratch the floor.
- Please limit eating and drinking to stage area only.
- No nails, staples or tacks may be used on walls, floors or bleachers
- No sitting on the tables.
- Black mats in front of stage are NEW and you will be responsible for the cost to replace if they are torn.
- No running up on, jumping on, sitting on, and/or jumping off the stage mats.
- No running on bleachers. Please keep the party on the gym floor and/or stage area.
- No kickballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, or footballs are allowed without prior approval. You will be responsible for any broken/misplaced ceiling tile.
- No outside inflatables and/or games can be brought into TAC without prior approval.
- Please keep the balls from hitting and/or breaking ceiling tiles. You will be responsible if they are broken or missing.
- Please collect your trash and place them in the dumpster at the end of your rental.
- No pets allowed on the premises. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome with prior approval and proper documentation.
Inflatables (if applicable)
- Make sure at least one adult is supervising the inflatables.
- No sharp objects, food and drink, hard toys, and/or Jewelry and glasses in the inflatables.
- No shoes.
- Please limit number of children in the inflatable based on age/size.
Clean Up
- There is a rolling cart on the stage with cleaning spray, paper towels, and trash bags. Please clean up any spills.
- If you rented inflatables, please turn off the blowers when rental time is over.
- Please return all basketballs to the basketball cart.
- Please take all trash to the dumpster (located at the end of the parking lot).
Damage discovered during the inspection by staff after the rental period will result in an assessment against the renting party. If you notice damage upon entering the gym prior to your rental, please report it to the Aimee Cornett at (812) 614-1393
