Room Parent - Grade Lead Interest Form 2019-2020
If you are interested in becoming a Room Parent for your child's class or Grade Level Lead, please complete this form and your background check before Monday, September 16th.  The selected Room Parent and Grade Level Leads will be notified by Friday, September 20th.  A Room Parent orientation meeting will be held the following week - day and time to be announced.

Room Parent Responsibilities
- Organize and plan two classroom parties (Winter and Valentine's Day) with the other grade level room parents
- Obtain volunteers to assist during parties
- Initiate correspondence to schedule teacher lunches once per month with help from other parent volunteers
Grade Level Lead Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitating and leading the grade's party planning meetings and sending correspondence to other room parents about party plans.  
- Coordinate voluntary parent participation and collect funds for each grade level teacher's birthday (or 1/2 birthday)

*NOTE - Grades 7-9 will not have room parents for each homeroom.  They will have one Grade Level Lead.
