QUALIFICATIONS AND NOMINATING BALLOT FOR
CLEARVIEW ATHLETICS HALL OF FAME

Eligibility for induction to the Clearview Athletics Hall of Fame is as follows:

1.  An individual (excluding coaches, managers, or non-athletes) must have attended and/or served in the Clearview School District at one time.

2.  An individual is eligible 5 years after graduation.

3.  A team will be eligible for induction 5 years after the class graduates.  An individual of a team must have earned a Varsity Letter in the same year the team is being recognized for its accomplishment.

4.  A Coach will be eligible for induction after he/she has finished coaching in the Clearview School District.

5.  An individual student athlete must have demonstrated outstanding athletic ability at the high school, college, professional, or amateur level in which they competed at the high school level as part of the Clearview School District.
