Off Campus Permission 2023-2024
Students in grades 10, 11, and 12 may leave campus during lunch, free blocks, and to go to Aims classes. Student in grade 9 are only given permission to leave campus to go to Aims classes.

In order to leave campus, students must have this form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian and by the student. Leaving campus without this form completed will result in disciplinary action.

I also individually and on behalf of my child, his/her personal representative, assigns, heirs and next of kin, hereby release, waive, disclaim and covenant not to sue Union Colony Schools or any of its affiliates, employees, agents or assigns for any claim or demand arising out of any injury, death, or property damage my child may suffer while utilizing this privilege whether caused by the negligence of Union Colony Schools or otherwise.
