The 2023-2024 Service Award is linked with serving the Local and World communities. To have your club honored with this award at the District Convention, YOU MUST REPORT YOUR SERVICE ON MYLION REGULARLY.

To receive the award you must complete TWELVE (12) out of the following Local, District, State, and International Lions projects. You must complete one (1) local project. You can only get credit for each one once.

This form must be completed and reported by February 28, 2024.
Upon completion, PLEASE PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS and then CLICK SUBMIT at the bottom of the form to submit the form to Debbie Reidy, Contest Chairman.
