AY24 3rd Qtr Extracurricular Survey
Completing this survey is equivalent to a graded event.  You will receive full credit for the survey regardless of whether you participate in extracurricular activities or not if you fill it out correctly.  Please answer the survey honestly as your responses are used in our Objective Performance Measures (OPMs) to determine quarterly, annual, national awards, and promotions.  Activities are scored (0.25, 0.50, or 1.00) based on the amount of time required after school, competitions, performances, etc.  For the activity to qualify there must be a coach and time spent in the activity outside of normal school hours.  The cadet must start and finish the extracurricular activity to qualify for the points.  If you feel there is an activity that should be added please make sure you fill out the last question correctly.
