This registration form is for those who want to attend our Absolute Divorce legal clinic.  This clinic will go through the SelfServe Center's Absolute Divorce packet and our instructors will teach you how to fill out the forms.  In order to attend this clinic, you and your spouse must be separated for one calendar year prior to filing for divorce.  Additionally, either your or your spouse must live in the state of North Carolina for the last six (6) months for this court to have jurisdiction.
 
If you and your spouse still need to settle issues concerning property division and alimony, you may attend this clinic program, but property and alimony will not be discussed and no questions regarding property will be answered.
