Thank you for your interest in Additional School Activities (ASAs) at AMADEUS Vienna. Please use this form to register your children for the ASAs they are interested in. Once you submit this form, it will be a considered a confirmation of enrolment in the ASAs you have chosen. If you have more than one child, please submit the form for each child individually. You have to submit this form in order for your child to be registered.


Secondary ASA Conditions:

- Students interested in ASAs are expected to register for the entire school year.
- Parents are required to notify School Office by 8:30 a.m. regarding same-day absences. Make-up lessons will not be scheduled for ASA absences. Please refer to the parent handbook for more information about absences.
- Students are required to adhere to the ASA attendance policy which stipulates that in the event of two consecutive “unexcused” absences a warning will be sent out to parents. After the third “unexcused” absence the student will be unenrolled from the ASA.
- Please note ASA courses taught by external teachers as indicated on the schedule incur an additional fee.
- Some ASAs have limited space and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
