2023-2024 Elkhart County 4-H Manual and Project Materials Request Form
Elkhart County 4-H members will complete this form online to request their project manuals and information.  4-H members will have the option to pick up their materials at the Extension office or request that the 4-H Leader pick up the project manuals and bring them to a 4-H club meeting.

Please note: New manuals are not needed every year. Manuals should only be ordered if you need a new one or move to a new level in that project. Many 4-H manuals are available online for download.

4-H Corporation does cover the cost of the manuals using funds raised by the 4-H members from our county wide flower sales. Please be sure to participate in those fundraisers so that we can keep these free. If you have any questions about ordering your manuals please contact our office at 574.533.0554.
