13 Salmon Shower Volunteer Interest
Thank you for your interest in The 13 Salmon Shower Project of First Unitarian Portland.  We need volunteers to make it go, and we are so glad you are here.

The different types of volunteer jobs are listed below ranging from on-site shower volunteer to facilities set-up to fundraising. Please let us know what your interests are and what your general availability is. We'll reach back out with information about how you can get involved.

Here are a couple of dates for you to keep in mind if you would like to be an on-site shower volunteer: 
  • The shower and community/day room will be open from 11 am - 3 pm on Wednesdays, starting January 17, 2024
  • We will have two shift opportunities of 5 volunteers each shift. (We anticipate that 8 guests can shower in that period). The first shift starts at 10:30 am and the second shift starts at 1:15 pm.
