Participant Details
• All pumpkin entries must be delivered to the Brixham Tent event area between 10-11 a.m. on Friday, October 25. Northwood volunteers will be onsite to assist with check-in.
• This event is rain or shine. You will be contacted by 7 a.m. the day of in the event of any cancellation due to inclement weather.
• Please remember to collect your pumpkin after the event. Northwood Office is not responsible for getting entries back to their rightful owner, so we suggest sending a representative from your team to collect your pumpkin entry when the Wellness Fair ends at 1:30 p.m. Any pumpkin entries left onsite will be discarded once breakdown is complete.
• To ensure we are prepared to accommodate all exhibits, please submit this form by October 21.
• Winners for Best Carved, Best Decorated & People’s Choice will be announced on goBallantyne.com after the event and all entries will be shared on our social media platforms.
