Products are made in my home kitchen where known allergens may be used, including milk, eggs, wheat, and nuts. Cookies contain gluten and dairy. I cannot substitute ingredients to accommodate allergies.

Please share event invitations, color palettes, or other inspirational photos to dana@somethinggoodblog.com and include "Custom Cookie Order" in the subject line. Do not send any other cookie designs.
Terms and conditions

Availability: Custom Order spots are limited. All bookings are dependent on availability. Holiday pre-sales will be offered.

Bookings:  After we discuss your order, an invoice will be sent. Bookings are confirmed once a payment is received in-full. Bookings made within 2 weeks may incur a rush fee of 25%. 

Cancellation Policy: Refund or store credit for full amount of order is available up to 3 weeks prior to pickup date. No refunds thereafter, including deposits not fully paid before 3 weeks prior to pickup date (because your order has already been started). There are no refunds for rush orders.

Shipping: Sorry, we do not ship cookies at this time. All pickups for cookies are in Washington, DC. Address will be provided.

Allergy warning: Products are made in my home kitchen where known allergens may be used, including milk, eggs, wheat, and nuts. Cookies contain gluten and dairy. I cannot substitute ingredients to accommodate allergies.

Storing: Cookies have about one week shelf life and can be frozen to retain freshness. Bring back to room temp over at least 8 hours in a sealed box to avoid condensation ruining the icing designs.
