Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
Volunteers who are 18 or older must successfully complete a Live Scan background check within three months of joining the Volunteer Program. Information will be shared about how to complete your Live Scan.
After you submit this form, we will follow up with information about attending a two-part in-person New Volunteer Orientation. At Orientation, we'll share more about our program, the volunteer experience, and what kinds of Volunteer opportunities are currently available, both on the floor and behind the scenes!
