Hello everyone, below is an application for our 2024 Festival Season!
This application is the 1st step in becoming a vendor for our 2024 Festival Season. All applications HAVE to be approved by the owners of Miss Angels Farm & Orchard.
VENDOR FEE:
- Our event fee is $30 per day/event ($50 for both days)
- $50 refundable security deposit, if the conditions below are met
VENDOR CONDITIONS: The security deposit is refunded on the day of the event, if these conditions are met:
Vendors are required to arrive ON TIME & leave at the DESIGNATED TIME as stated in the vendor contract. Vendors are REQUIRED to stay for the entirety of the event.
SATURDAY (9am-6pm)
SUNDAY (10am-5pm)
OKTOBERFEST (1pm-8pm)
Vendors ARE NOT permitted to leave events early.
You ARE REQUIRED to stay for the duration of the event. Breaking down and packing up of your booth should not take place before the event’s official end.
Only TWO GUESTS are allowed at the vendor booth at all times (Booth spaces are 10'x10'). Vendors are expected to bring your own tent, table(s), chairs, and other set-up items. Items are not to spill over into neighboring booths. One guest must be at the table at ALL TIMES.
Vendors DON'T litter or leave debris in the area of their booth after events. ALL items and debris is expected to be cleaned and disposed of before the vendor leaves.
NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL are allowed on the premises at ANY TIME or you will be asked to leave. Vendors are welcome to bring food and drinks for themselves to our events. Food and drinks ARE NOT to be sold. They are for your own personal consumption.
Vendors MUST SELL family-friendly products only. NO tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and other smoking paraphernalia. Hemp products are allowed! Miss Angels Farm & Orchards reserves the right to exclude the selling of questionable items.
If the above conditions are not met, or any damage occurs to the property at Miss Angels Farm & Orchard the $50 security deposit WILL NOT be returned.
We DO NOT return vendor payments if the vendor should have to cancel within 72 hours of the event or does not arrive at the event. Vendors who have not paid their vendor fee within 30 DAYS of the festival or have not contacted us about their vendor fee in advance WILL NOT BE permitted to set up.
The vendor assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY if a festival attendee is hurt by a vendor or vendor item, e.g. an allergic reaction to any products, or any physical harm from vendors selling prop weapons or sharp objects, or any other issues. The vendor assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any damage to their property due to inclement weather of any sorts or theft.
If you are approved to be a vendor at our festivals for 2024 then you will receive an email from us with a vendor information letter and a contract.
PLEASE REMEMBER filling out this application DOES NOT mean that you will be approved to be a vendor. ALL VENDORS must be approved by the owners of Miss Angels Farm & Orchard.
Indemnification and Agreement
The vendor accepts full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods sold by the vendor and the vendor’s organization at Miss Angels Farm. The vendor agrees to be open during all event hours.
The vendor agrees to waive and release all rights, claims, or damages they may accrue against Miss Angels Farm and Orchard LLC, Miss Angels Farm & Orchard events, and their representatives. The vendor further agrees to recognize that all vendor spaces are located outdoors and that all applications processed and accepted for participation are nonrefundable.
