Moving from Year 11 to studying at Sixth Form is an incredibly exciting and exhilarating time for students. You are now able to choose which subjects to study, become more independent and really develop a love for learning, both academically and personally. That is why we are excited that you wish to take your next steps post-16 with us!

Please read through and complete all parts of the following form carefully and clearly. There are 7 sections in total and the form should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Once you have completed it, please press submit to register your interest in joining the Chenderit Sixth Form community.
