Theta Tau Summer Housing 2024 Interest Form
We are now accepting applications for summer housing in our beautiful, 5-story Brownstone mansion located on the Charles River. Theta Tau is a professional engineering fraternity in the heart of picturesque Back Bay. Our central location at 526 Beacon Street provides tenants with the experience of living in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Boston. People of all genders are invited to apply.

Our rooming options and pricing for the whole summer per person are:

Triple/Quad $2000 

Double $3000

Single $5500 

The above prices for the entire summer (~3months). Please let us know if you do not intend to stay for the all or most of the summer. Also note that due to the unconfirmed nature of the MIT academic calendar, move-in/move-out dates cannot be confirmed, but will be approximately June 3rd-August 18th (flexibility possible).

All rooms come with a bed, closet space, and a built-in AC/heating unit. Many of the rooms feature a panoramic view of the Charles River. In addition, tenants will have access to the following house amenities:

High-Speed Wireless and Wired Internet

Industrial Kitchen

Washer and Dryer (free)

Bathroom

Common Area with Pool and Foosball Table

Bike Storage

Printer

Newly Renovated Gym
