Houston Arab Community Mutual Aid Form - نموذج المساعدة المتبادلة من اجل الجالية العربية في هيوستن
With the outbreak of the coronavirus, members of the Houston Arab and Arab American community have banded together to organize coronavirus relief efforts for our community (please see below for list of involved organizations). We believe that through collective solidarity we can overcome the problems we face as individuals and as a people.

مع انتشار فيروس الكورونا، اجتمع أعضاء من جالية هيوستن العربي لتنظيم جهود الإغاثة لمجتمعنا. نؤمن أن التضامن الجماعي هو الطريق للتغلب على فيروس الكورونا وآثاره.

Our first step as the Houston Arab Community Mutual Aid Coalition or HACMA Coalition is outreach to our community so that we better understand the needs of the community in this trying time. We ask that you fill out this form or forward it to your broader network so that we're able to collect information on our community's needs. Upon receipt of the information, the HACMA Coalition will process the information and work to formulate a plan for community support. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be shared with the HACMA Coalition so that we can organize relief efforts. We will not use your information for any other purpose.

خطوتنا الأولى كمجموعة المساعدة المتبادلة من اجل الجالية العربية في هيوستن هي التواصل مع جاليتنا لفهم ما هي احتياجات أفرادها وأسرها الفعلية .  لذلك، نطلب منك الإجابة على هذه الاستمارة وارسالها ونشرها مع من تعرفه ومن يحتاج لها. بعد تلقي إجابات أفراد الجالية سنقوم بمعالجة المعلومات التي تلقيناها وتنظيمها وتصنيفها.  مع العلم والتأكيد علي أن المعلومات التي سنتلقاها ستكون سرية للغايه ولن نشاركها مع أي شخص خارج المجموعة المسئوله عن تنسيق العمل.

Please note: the initial stages of our relief efforts is to gather information. We do not represent that we will meet any or all needs. We must first undergo this assessment before we can organize relief.

ملحوظه : المراحل الأولى من جهود الإغاثة هي عباره عن جمع المعلومات. نحن لا نعد بأننا سنكون قادرين على تلبية كافه احتياجاتك. ولكن ، علينا أولا إجراء تقييم لاحتياجات الجالية ، ثم عندئذ سنقوم بتنظيم الإغاثه علي قدر ما نستطيع.

This form should take about 10-15 minutes to fill out.
